Troubleshooting and FAQs
Common Issues and Solutions
- Painful Sensation: Lower the intensity of the wand. A mild tingling is normal, but burning or pain indicates the setting is too high.
- Uneven Results: Consistency is key. Ensure you follow the recommended frequency and duration for best results.
FAQs
- Can I use the wand on sensitive skin? Yes, but start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase as tolerated.
- How soon will I see results? Results vary by individual. Typically, noticeable improvements can be seen after several weeks of consistent use.
- Is the smell normal? Yes, it is. The smell comes from the oxidation of the gas in the electrode, which is part of the process of creating the frequency you see. This is not your skin burning and is completely normal and safe. Rest assured, it’s a natural part of the high-frequency treatment.

Bruising and Blisters
• Bruising after cupping is normal and a good sign that your therapy is
effective and it's bringing toxins up to the skin, however, it is possible that
our smart cupping massager, or any kind of cupping therapy, may form blisters on the skin.
• Although it is rare, blisters form due to overuse as a beginner (high
intensity/prolonged session), negligence to disinfect the skin or device prior to use, or simply because your skin type is sensitive to cupping
therapy and/or heat.
• This is why we strongly advise beginners to start off very slowly at low
intensity levels, using your device for just a couple minutes per muscle group to get a good feel for how their skin reacts.
• Again, blisters are extremely rare but a possibility due to the nature of
cupping therapy, please pay close attention to each session and stop
using your device immediately if you feel strong discomfort or blisters forming.
• If you are not comfortable with the possibility of blisters, burns, or bruises
do not use our device or partake in cupping therapy. We are not
responsible for any skin damage due to misuse or very sensitive skin.
